Just a positive note for Spot, the satellite tracking service.
My Spot Messenger quit working a couple months ago. All lights blinked correctly - on/tracks/msg sent/etc. However, my wife received no bread crumbs on the computer during a couple flights outa the general ao.
On the second troubleshooting call with Spot's customer service, the rep said a new Messenger will be sent to me. And a couple days later, Spot fixed that leak in my safety bubble. The replacement Spot worked as advertised.
I did send a thank you letter to Spot for the (free) replacement, and that I really appreciated the courteous and helpful customer service reps.
