The 180 rotation of the intake (as well as cutting and re-welding the tubes) is covered in the STC.
The STC covers using the Hawk XP exhaust as an alternative but I read somewhere about issues fitting.
If/when I do mine, I'd make my own exhaust as well.

CAVEAT EMTAR on people that buy STC,S . There many horror stories abound about hopefuls waiting for the certified parts and approved drawings that have failed to turn up or the parts are of sub standard quality and no 8130 forms. Their money disappears into the blue mist . I have a hate list of people /companies that have ripped people off over the years. If you have a problem with a STC holder let the FAA know . They too have a hate list .
Due to some liable laws in some countries I would love my list to be published but as I move around a number of countries I do not want to spend my money on lawyers and waste time . Another problem I have encountered is the STC,s are sold to different people or organizations and then the rule book then changes again.
Another trick that's pulled is " We will sell the STC to you but we are awaiting approval from the FAA and it should be be here any day. So pay up and we will send the drawings and send you the names of the people that can supply's the parts . After about 3 months ,you inquire about the STC ( in the mean time you have ripped the old bits out of a perfectly serviceable aircraft ) and the story you MAY ( if they answer your inquiry) get "it's the FAA fault they are so slow " .
