Does anyone know of what the pitot tube "shape" if you will is suppose to actually look like?? Like is there any drawing showing its actual shape fwd of the leading edge, as I have seen three 170A's and they are all different shaped and lengths.....

If you search "pitot tube" (with the quotation marks) in the Search box at the top of your screen you will come up with 13 pages that include these two words together. So click just below that -- Advanced search -- and limit your search to "Topic Titles Only". When you now put "pitot tube" there you will find that Bruce answered your question here.

Edit: Gene is obviously a faster typer than me!
