Are the pancake type exhaust systems still available? If so where from?
I have one that is slightly stuffed and I am being quoted around A$1,000 to repair/rebuild it.

No, they are not available new anywhere. Occasionally we have heard that Wag Aero's repair arm will repair them, then we hear they won't.

BTW $1000 is half the cost to replace with Hanlon Wilson system. I would have to think hard about keeping the pancakes. This is a decision I may have to make as I also have pancake mufflers.

Re: Exhaust system
Thanks for the info. Yes stuffed = totally useless or beyond repair. The old one was full of corrosion and holes. I have had a new one made $1500.
