What's this tool?
I'm going through my Dad's old tools and came across this. I first thought it was snap ring pliers but the prongs aren't positioned the way I would expect them to be. What is it?

They look like for grabbing and positioning hoses.

This is a great tool for grabbing hoses and MS21919 dg/wdg clips when bundling electrical looms together. Another aid when using this tool is a inner tube off a push bike [bicycle] cut into slices to make a large width rubber band and stretched over the handles of the 'plyers ' to hold closed while you put the bolt and nut on.
Re: What's this tool?
I knew some of you would know! The prongs are a bit more pointed than the one shown from Amazon but I can see that it would do the same thing. It's cleaned up and in my tool box ready to be used. Thanks!

They're also useful for pulling/pushing pushrod rubbers off/on the hyd unit flanges.
