48 Original Paint Stencils
Looking for original stencils for a 48 paint scheme “170” on side of cowl and “Cessna” on nose. Aviation graphics places don’t seem to have exact font.

We have drawings for later models here. I'd be surprised if the "170" logo changed over the years. The “Cessna” stencil (0542196) looks identical to the picture of Bill Kelsall’s original on his ‘48 170. Here's some very up close pictures of Bill Kelsall's '48 that you may be able to reverse engineer to get the dimensions you need. Or call him for a tracing. Also study this thread.

Is this what you are looking for? Don’t have a Cessna logo but this is the factory markings on the side of 4039V. Let me know if you still need any measurements.
