During the winter months we will try to keep our monthly fly-ins in the more southern or central part of Texas, then work our way back north in the spring.
It has been a long time since the 170 group flew to Kenedy, TX, for lunch, but I think they still have a good lunch buffet at Barth's Restaurant and you can order off the menu as well.

Let's please try to arrive at Kenedy http://www.airnav.com/airport/2R9 prior to 11:00 am on Saturday, the 11th of January, and we'll walk to Barth's Restaurant and enjoy lunch together. Barth's is just about the right distance from the airport parking area to walk off part of a good lunch.

Texas members and guests flew to Kenedy for lunch on January 11th. A great way to start the new year. We had just what you wish for. Good weather, good friends and good food. Not necessarily in that order of course.

We were very happy to meet a couple of new members to the association. Both flew arrived in very nice 170s. Leroy Fournier in his 170B from Temple and Todd Poehlmann in his 170A from Brenham..
