You may be lucky to find one here in the SE US, but if you can find one anywhere in the US I'd take it if it is in good condition and not over priced, whatever that is. Bill... depending on how much you’re willing to pay, Air Repair, Inc. in Cleveland MS has L-19 stabs which should be able to help you.
