I'm looking for new port & starboard baffles for my O300.
My baffles are cracked from heat & vibration, and when I took them off to do some engine work, many of the mounting holes cracked right off like dry crackers.
Are these the correct ones to order? Specifically—

AF0550164-7
Or if any one has some used ones they're willing to part with that works too

Well…you’ve got patterns already! Some sheet aluminum from Spruce, tin-snips, and a few pop-rivets…..

Reece, If all you’re looking for are the ones outboard of the valve covers then you have the correct ones. The ones from Airforms are high quality; you won’t be disappointed. I replaced every single piece of mine with the hammertone finished ones at overhaul 16+ years and 800+ engine hours ago and they still look new. Frankly it wouldn’t have been worth the time and effort to me to have done them myself.
