Are there any published performance numbers on this engine installed in "B" model?

Yes. The AFM (Approved Flight Manual), per Type Certificate Item 402 (g), as listed in the Type Certificate Data Sheet has performance data. To obtain a copy, contact Cessna, or a Cessna Distributor. (Hill Aircraft should be able to assist you. http://www.cessnaparts.com )

Do you want a "rare" variant with a hard-to-find-support engine? Is it worth giving up several hundred hours TBO, and then discovering the increased difficulty of finding the necessary parts to overhaul it? (I'm just being the "devil's advocate", on the personal level....not in any official capacity.) If you like Franklin engines, it'd be a great find (if the rest of the deal met your specs.)
