does any one have a way of tightening up the steel neck on the oil filler as it goes into the Assy case?

Ok does any one have a way of tightening up the steel neck on the oil filler as it goes into the Assy case?

Isn't that swaged into the case similar to the pushrod tubes attachment to the cylinder head? I don't know where you're going to get that tool unless a rebuilder has one to loan or TCM can advise you.

I haven't tried to hard to find out. I guess I will call around... I will let you know what I find out.
