Wheel and Brake Fairings on N4654V

Post by sea1dww »

I was so pleased to meet everyone at Kelowna. What a great gathering of 170 enthusiasts!.

While I was there I was able to see some very nice 170's. One of them really interested me as I am looking for wheel and brake fairings for my airplane.

I am hoping the owner of N4654V will reply with some information about the fairings installed on that airplane. They seem to be original looking, yet they have the brake fairings as well. Anyway, the combination of fairings and paint make this one good looking 170!

It was good to meet you Dave. Look forward to seeing you in Galveston!
(Pretty good deal, EH? Go to your first convention, and win a prize on your first day!)

Winning that prize (Aeroshell Flight Jacket Kit) was just the icing on the cake. The opportunity to meet everyone face to face was the best part. I know that my arrival was a little on the late side, but better late than not at all. I'm planning on Galveston for next year. Initial planning suggests two days to get there (Tailwinds) and a week to get back (Headwinds). It should be an interesting trip though.

Regards
