I recently got a PM from a forum member offering to re-type and post some of the material from the SRAM here at the forum. I was somewhat non-commital about that idea because the SRAM is actually a book I feel is full of errors and plain outright wrong information.
Think of the SRAM as a text of discussions and opinions a lot like various discussions found in a forum like this one..... Lots of opinions, anecdotes, personal experiences, and un-approved methods, etc,. that various owners have found useful or interesting,...but which may not be founded in fact or even good operating practices.... with an occasional article or table of good stuff. (Corrosion control, for instance!)
Overall, I feel the SRAM is like reading over a lot of old forum discussions.

That would be me..... I agree that the SRAM has a lot of questionable info, but it;s the only place I could find an Annual Inspection Checklist. If anyone else has one, please post it in the 'MX Library'. I think I'll keep looking....
