Thanks for the info...even though Knisley's is only twenty minutes from my front door, I've become so frustrated with the poor quality, poor support, and high prices that I simply won't use them anymore. It's very possible I just had a couple (really) bad experiences in an otherwise good shop, but it is what it is. Sending things back and forth to MN sounds just fine.
