Fafnir, was taken by Torrington, who now belongs to Timken. A W Bearings in Dallas handle all their products. http://www.bearingplace.com/manufacture ... ngton.html

The new S1K5 bearing number is Y120, but you don't want to buy it from Cessna!

I still have a new bearing a block for the rudder if you need one.

Thanks george
I went thru a outfit called LocateBallBearings.com(800-409-3632) They found all 3 bearings.Appox. $39.00 each. They could probably be found cheaper if you have the time. These people seemed very helpful. I will use them again if I have trouble finding bearings. Give them a try.

This would be a great opportunity to specifically list the bearing PNs and their superceded PN's and prices (according to that source.)

I gave them all the numbers either in the book or off the bearing. From what I understood that is what they are sending. When I get them in hand I will add to this post.

I was today quoted $732 ea from the Australian Cessna agent. 8O I told him I wanted a price for one bearing not for a box of bearings! He went on to tell me what a good price it was given the strong Aus dollar.

Oz, I think you might try a bearing company in the States, such as the one already mentioned in this thread, if your regs allow it.

This should be fair warning to others.... Inspect and regularly LUBRICATE those bearings with light oil.
