Tools left in airplanes

I found this old 3/8 in my flap the other day. Its been there for at least 37 years. If anybody else has found any cool junk in there airplane, post it here.

When I recovered my wings, I found an orange handled extension magnet laying on the fuel tank at the rib. It had been there 27 years since recovered.

Most of mine goes out the exhaust pipe!

In 1998 I found a good-sized bucking bar in the farthest aft fuselage bay in my 1958 C-180 where the tailwheel spring is located. No repairs had been made in that area since the plane was new.

Cessna probably put that bucking bar it there to bring the C.G. in limits.

First annual after I bought mine I found an extension magnet without the orange and a couple of wrenches in the belly. That annual was in 1997 so I never thought to take pictures

I was working on a Shorts 330, doing some repair work, and found an entire frame assy clecoed in. Rusty clecos was the only fasteners holding it. It was in a blind area that could not have been accessible since it left the factory. Most of the clecos were in such a position that they could not be removed without serious airframe disassembly. We recieved approval to leave them installed. I think they were Irish

Sorry no pictures. I found a stash of old playboys in the he!! hole of a DC-4.

OK now I remember where I put them. After Yellowknife things have been fuzzy i forgot i left them there, Can you please ship them back to me
