Triple Tree Departure

Post by busav8or »

I've been playing around with my new GoPro camera and shot this departure and fly by from Triple Tree earlier in the month! Let me know what you think. I apologize for the logo in the middle of the first part of the video, but I haven't decided which video editing software I like best and, until I pay for it, I'm stuck with their logo!

Enjoy,
Joe

Neat video!

I've not flown out of there in a full scale airplane, but I've flown R/C down there more times than I care to count. Pat is a great guy and his facility is first class.

Thanks! 7000' x 400' and it looks like a fairway! Yes, it is a fantastic facility and Pat is so generous to share it several times a year. The music makes it more exciting, don't you think?! I did another one, which by itself would have been pretty boring, but put the theme music to Hawaii 5-0 from the Ventures with it and you always feel like something exciting is about to happen!!! I need to upload it in HD, then I'll post it, too. This is fun!

Great video, Wish I could have made it. That's the fewest amount of airplanes I have seen there. Can't believe they started outing runway numbers on the ends.

Hey Walt. The weather and, I guess, the TFR over CLT kept the numbers down a bit this year over last. We still had a blast, but it wasn't quite the same as last year. We'll be back next year to try again!
