I searched for ELT and 121.5 and didn't find any hits maybe I did something wrong. Anyway thought this was interesting and thought it might be to the rest of you still using the older 121.5 Mhz elt's. If it has been covered I apologize and if this is not an ok subject to bring up here let me know.
There is another link at the bottom of the AOPA page that I think directs you to the Docket. The FCC is looking for public input into their plan.

I apologize for my mis-speak. It is indeed a new effort by FCC to investigate the ban of 121.5 ELTs. I missed the date of the link.
