What is the best way to polish an unpainted 170 to keep it shiny? Is there any wax that can be applied to keep the shine for longer?

I would refer to the perfect polish web site as thy have the best tutorial on polishing aluminum. Their process does work. But if hard dirty work is not your thing just paint it. Polishing gives you a fantastic looking aircraft but it is a lot of work! Bill K

"perfectpolish.com" has the tutorial and they promote Nuvite products, but others are also good. Waxing isn't really the answer..... a dry hangar and never, NEVER using soap to wash it is the answer. Here's a 10 year old polish job (slowly returning to "natural") that has never been touched up, only washed with plain water mixed with WD-40.

An originality nut (mostly) for the right reasons. ;)
