170A wings on a 170 ?

Post by foundnick »

Can metal "A" model wings be installed on a rag wing model?? If so, is it legal and/or practical??

I have a rag-wing model that needs covering, and am aware of a pair of "A" model wings available . . . . just wondering . . . .

Thanks, guys.

Is it possible? Probably, if you want it bad enough. But it is not a bolt on swap and we won't even mention legality. Would it be practical? Recovering the wings would be a walk in the park compared to swapping the wings.
