Exhaust reassembly order

Post by 4-Shipp »

I have the exhaust off for annual (no cracks, thank God!) and am ready to put back together with new gaskets and Wallymart fibergalss tapes. Hoepfully no leakds this year!

Is it easier to put the mufflers on first and then the shrouds, or should I put the shrouds on first, then mount the mufflers? Last year I remember fighting this quiet a bit and I think I had the shrouds on first. Is there an easier way? Thanks.

put everything together from the top down, but don't tighten anything till you have it all together.
