Can someone ID these two fasteners?

Wes,
The red one is a Hi-Lok which has been incorrectly installed. The bolt is too short. Cessna allows the use of these fasteners as replacement for Hi-Shear rivets (which are called for in the landing gear bulkhead area. See fig. 21 in the 170B IPC). I believe the hex nut is a NAS1669 Jo-Bolt.
