Hi,
Looks like I need to replace my 52 , lower windshield retainer. Does anyone know of any sources ? I have tried , Wentworth , and Air Repair .

Check the post "Recommended Parts Sources" in The MX Library. It lists a couple of salvage yards. Try Specialty Aircraft in Redmond, OR (http://www.specialtyaircraft.com). I've always had good luck with them. ALso, if the salvage yard you call doesn't have what you want, ask them for a reference for who might. You'd be surpised how many additional names you'll get. When I was hunting for a replacement oil sump i wound up with a list of about 30 sources. Each yard would suggest a couple others and pretty soon I had a big contact list. They've all been pretty accomodating when it came to referrals.
