Rear seat anchor (back one)

Some (may be many) yrs ago there was an article on how to replace the rear nut plate that holds the back seat anchor. Anyone happen to have a date that has that article? Too many yrs of removing/installing the rear seat has worn the nut plate so it no longer holds the bolt.
Even better would be an email copy of that article. I have it somewhere, but haven't found it yet.
