Tailwheel Parts

Post by stefancrucil »

Does anyone know where I can get a P/N 0510000-31 - tailwheel channel? Univair has it in stock but if I can get it somewhere else removed serviceable it would be nice to save some $$.

Thanks!

That PN is not listed in any of the IPC Numerical parts listing.... makes it difficult to know what it is you need. (Suggest stating which Model 170, which IPC page, which Fig. No, which item.

For example: B-model IPC, Pg 48, Fig 25, Item 36. This part is frequently found cracked. The Assoc’n has a couple in my hangar, I’ll go look at, but if IIRC they are both cracked.

An originality nut (mostly) for the right reasons. ;)

Thanks for the info, it’s for a 52’ 170B. That reference is the part I’m looking for (item #36 above)
