170 Wins Best Cessna at Copper State Air Show

Post by jimnh20 »

Thought 170 Owners might be interested in the fact that some judges appreciate quality aircraft no matter the age. N2390D took the top prize for best overall Cessna at the Copper State Fly-in and Airshow in Buckeye, AZ last weekend.

I thought it was particularly fitting that I was in the dusty camping area and the other planes being judged were on the tarmac - N2390D was in her element.

The first picture was at the dusty camping area at Copper State Air Show/Fly-in

The second is at Fullerton Airport at Airport Day - please note the plane is in the background.

That IS a great looking 170! Well deserved accolades.

Now I really regret missing Copperstate this year.
