Inboard Wing Leading Edge
Well, it looks as if I will need to remove the Wing Leading Edge in the area between the fuselage and the right wing strut on a 1956 170B for a little maintenance. Question: Has anyone out there in 170 land ever done this...and if so HOW does one gain access to the inside of the leading edge to buck the rivets for re-installation
?? Are there lightening holes in the spar which would allow an arm to pass through after fuel tank removal?? As always, any comments/help will be much appreciated.
