Hello Everyone,
After my plane came out of annual it had a new placard placed next to the tach. "Avoid continious engine operation between 2150 and 2350 RPM" Only issue I have is that I cannot find that in my paperwork. I'm running the C145. Is this corrrect ? If so - I need to make new ones as the white paper stuck to the black overlay looks awful.
Thanks ....
Kyle

Well, I'd ask the IA why he put it there then. The only restriction on the McCauley DM/MDM (1A170) is if it's installed on a Franklin...and even then the caution range is different than what you say is placarded.
