Swaged Cable Fitting #'s

I'm building all new control cables for my 48' ragwing and I'm stuck on some part numbers...

Elevator trim - ends that attach to the chains.
Aileron - ends that attach to the chain


If anyone out there has any info on the AN/NAS # for these fittings, I'd be grateful.
