Does anybody know the NAS228-10 conversion for a MS screw?

MS27039-0810. The difference in the #'s can be confusing. In this case the MS27039 is a base PN for a structural screw. The 08 is diameter and the 10 is length. Put a C in place of the dash and get corrosion resistant (looks like a matte finish stainless), which is still an approved structural fastener. Are you replacing tank top screws?
