You can certainly buy a "different" one. And you can buy an airworthy one. Whether it's "new" or not will depend upon where you find it and your astrological sign.

Of course being technical as George sometimes is, he is correct. There is bound to be someone out there with a new one they might sell and you be lucky enough to purchase it.
