170A Flight Controls

Post by 33alfa »

Can anyone tell me where to find flight controls or parts for them. I wouldnt mind finding replacement skins or the raw material for them. Is mcfarland reputable? Any info would help. Restoring in Alaska. Thanks Roger S.

McFarlane stuff is A#1.
Skins and skin material from Karl in Bo, Washington. Look in TAP under Cessna parts.
Be very, very careful reskinning control surfaces without a fixture(Jig). It's real easy to waste new material.
