0-300A, new ECI cylinders rebuilt everything else. The shop that rebuilt the engine recommends a couple 3-5 mins runs to check mags, carb heat, idle, idle mixture and full static RPM. Then normal operations full power takeoffs and climbs and 75% power cruises no leaning until at least 10 hours or when oil consumption stablizes. Anybody have any comments?

I agree with Miles, followed the ECI break-in procedure to the letter, 13 hours and haven't added the first quart of Phillips 20w-50 yet.
