Well 33 alpha
I have no idea what parts your looking for by your description. I also don't know what model aircraft you have, I'll assume it is a 170 but you didn't say.
Parts manuals are available on-line from this link: http://www.micro-tools.com/pdf/Cessna/ Using them makes it so much easier to describe exactly what your looking for,
If you have a 170 or a 170A the elevator parts are the same but not the same as a B model or a L-19. B model and L-19 elevator parts should be the same except the counter weights but B model and L-19s do have different part numbers.

Re: elevator parts
Looks like they are A model parts and probably hard to find. I seem to remember 4 or 5 years agos someone looking for the same parts and altimitly had them manufactured locally. Good luck.

Re: elevator parts
Two years ago I replaced the torque tubes on both sides of my A model and they are very hard to find, it was to a point that we were looking at doing a modification so that we could use a B part. I called all over the country and ended up finding them at a local place. I believe Wentworth was one who had one, last time I was at Ken Feithe he had a complete A elevator, I will probaly be going there within the next week or so and will look for you
