Condo Hanger Association Info Wanted

I'm looking for some info from folks who are current owners of a hanger that is part of a condo hanger association. We are looking for some guidance on who to go to get the condo association bylaws written up. We have a hanger building that has 5-hangers within that we are going to condo out. I would like to read some exsisting bylaws in other hanger condos to get some ideas of the pertent content (realizing that it may change from state to state). If you would be willing to share your bylaws, I would make it right for the copying & shipping costs involved.

I have a condo hangar in Alaska. The paperwork that came with it includes a fairly large 3-ring binder with the public offering, proprietary lease papers, and a bunch of other stuff. The land is leased from the state. When the time comes to sell, the owner will need a re-sale certificate also. I have copies of all that stuff.
