Pre-Purchase Annual Needed Near San Francisco

I am a new IC170A member and am considering purchasing a C 170 near San Francisco. Can anyone recommend an AP to perform a pre-purchase annual inspection?

Talk to Bob Ross at Watsonville airport. He has worked on many 170s and I think he is actually in the process of rebuilding one so he is very familiar with the aircraft. He is located at United Flight Services. http://www.united-flight.com/

I can also highly recommend Bob.... He has owned several 170's and rebuilt some of them from the ground up. He cares about your wallet and will make you part of the process. Ask if you can work with him when he does it. You can save a little money by turning the screws and you will leave with a real understanding of the airplane. Besides that, he is one of the nicest guys in aviation.

Thanks for your help. I'll be calling Bob on Monday morning. I wish I could be there when the inspection happens but I am on the east coast. Which is why finding someone that is really familiar with 170 is important to me. Again thanks for your help.
