I had a little fun last weekend playing with my new camera. Karen and I flew from Rhinelander to Three Lakes (WI) for breakfast and I strapped my GoPro Hero to my wing strut. Checked out my friends private runway and basically had a great flight.

Great video. Can you post a picture of how it mounted?

Ditto on the mount request! I've used my suction cup mount on the top of the fuselage and it works great, but with a lot of vibration!

Not sure what Paul used, but I picked up a mount kit made by RAM (click on link below) for my GoPro which works out great. The only other piece I had to purchase separately was the GoPro tripod mount, part # GTRA30. I mount this setup to my wing strut. I did get rid of the rubber sleeve that came with the clamp and wrapped a piece of rubber around the strut, since the clamp that is supplied is too short to go around the strut. Can't remember what size clamp I used, but easy to figure out.
